Overdeveloped or underdeveloped?

Alright, so I know I’m looking subhuman in the photos below, but I’m really questioning if the bone under my eye is flawed and will cause problems in my face, or if that’s actually looked upon positively. I know people bone-smash that area for growth, and I haven’t, but it’s causing bad lines under my eyes, as I lean out.

The asymmetry is from camera and angle it’s not that bad irl
