A man’s bodily attractiveness is based around his rotator cuff and upper body mass.

A woman’s is based around her hips and lower body mass.

When a man over trains his legs (especially the thighs and hip area) it makes his physique appear more feminine.

This is why I advise for people to focus mainly on calves for leg training since the calves will only make your physique appear more masculine and will prevent the stick leg skipped leg day look.

Overdoing squats, deadlifts, lunges, etc, will only reduce your shoulder to hip ratio which is one of the most important things for bodily attractiveness along with your waist to chest ratio.

The most attractive shoulder to hip ratio is around 1.5-1.6 (don’t confuse SHR with SWR)

All you fags who have been duped into the girls like glutes meme have only been psyop’d. Girls think they are attracted to big glutes because they want it on themselves.

Not really. If you start upper body dominant with wide shoulders and good proportions. Building muscle will only make those proportions more evident

You have it all wrong. If you have narrow hips as does David Laid then you will always look aesthetic no matter how much leg mass is accrued because his hips are literally narrower than his waist. The most important thing to aesthetics is wide clavicles, small HIPS, and a narrow waist that is wider than your hips.

Do women actually realize any of this? No they're retarded they just see wide clavicles and abs and think the dude is hot but I've been bodybuilding for so long I recognize all of these things.


So the amount of leg training doesn't matter because if you don't have good bone structure you will still be unaesthetic compared to the dude with good bone structure if we're speaking from a purely aesthetic point.

It all comes down to BONE STRUCTURE, it doesn't matter how much leg training you do, clearly seen in David's case who had a crazy strong squat in his prime and trained his legs since he was a young teen.

Both David Laid and Jeff Seid definitely have narrow hip bone structure there’s no denying that.

I do think David laid would look significantly more appealing to girls and less like a bodybuilding freak if his quads weren’t as developed though.

One thing I’m going to have to say about Jeff seid is that he overdeveloped his hip abductor muscles. You can only see it in certain photos like this one:

Now you can say it doesn’t make much of a difference, but the leg musculature can certainly be developed to give the illusion of wider hips, and the way this looks will change based on the way you’re standing and many other factors (since big hips from muscle are different than big hips from bone).

And I agree, most of the time women don’t consciously notice or care about this stuff, but that doesn’t mean that it doesn’t subconsciously subtract from your attractiveness.
