iron deficiency horribly affects linear growth and copper deficiency is not good either, so i now have to correct and supplement two other nutrients to treat them, please, be careful with zinc and do not overdose it, or if you do overdose it, supplement copper and iron

50mg zinc picolinate, i must say, it did cure my acne and helped my immune system a lot, was feeling a lot better on it
