The thing is in your case since you have a overjet, if your ortho isn't using appliances then ur getting camoflauged for the overjet. I wrote a thread on how to fix overbite/deepbite and overjet. But what could work for you is the forsus appliance even though its not the best option for overbites but for you, its the best option since u have bimaxillary protrusion. Forsus could bring ur lower forward and ur upper backwards balancing it Kind of. But don't expect INSANE results.
