overly dry skin and dry patches

my skin is hella dry even though i regularly moisturize, i think my moisturizer is just shit also forgot to mention that i have these weird ass dry patches next to my mouth and they're so fucking annoying its always around my mouth/lips never goes away no matter how much i moisturize
i have a good diet and i drink a ton of water
anyone know how to fix this? product recommendations or wtv lmk

You could have something more problematic than dry skin like a skin infection maybe dermatitis

Bepanthen gel will help you. Also honey mixed with aspirin mask + some masks you can find everywhere

its not the moistruizer vro just drink 4L a day and eat healthy if you already doing these then buy a high quality moistuizer
(dermalosophy is the best but expensive asfff)
