someone who trains one group of muscle once a week will do better than someone who trains all the time but never recovers properly

i learned that after almost 2 years of undereating and overtraining, the 2 years of progressing looks like ive been training for only 6 months, brutal, but i learned my lesson, on my 3rd year now and progress is progressingAgreed
hey bro i do upperbody eod, train rest train same muscles but side delts, lats, chest and arms, do u think i should rest for 2 days? or my split is good?i learned that after almost 2 years of undereating and overtraining, the 2 years of progressing looks like ive been training for only 6 months, brutal, but i learned my lesson, on my 3rd year now and progress is progressing
depends how ur body is reacting, everyone is different, u should pay attention how well u recover and see if you are actually lifting heavier every 2 to 3 weekshey bro i do upperbody eod, train rest train same muscles but side delts, lats, chest and arms, do u think i should rest for 2 days? or my split is good?
if i feel sore even in 1 day rest, i should make it 2 days rest?depends how ur body is reacting, everyone is different, u should pay attention how well u recover and see if you are actually lifting heavier every 2 to 3 weeks
yup take 2 days rest if u went really hard, maybe even 3 days, bbut idk ur body soif i feel sore even in 1 day rest, i should make it 2 days rest?
Don't skip lower body if you want to max out SMV imo, those do matter too. Abs are very important to make sure to do isolation for also. Don't skip any part of delts either all parts matter for good shoulders and are worth at least doing a tiny bit of isolation both rear and even front delts a little bit. Also make sure to have some shoulder press for maxing V-taper for most guys it is their only Serratus anterior exercise almost and that muscle is a huge part of your front V-taper with lats.hey bro i do upperbody eod, train rest train same muscles but side delts, lats, chest and arms, do u think i should rest for 2 days? or my split is good?
preach!, should always train ur rear delts especially, i skipped that and i regret itDon't skip lower body if you want to max out SMV imo, those do matter too. From an aesthetic point of view or shoulder health and rotator cuff health point of view or both? I think rear delt isolation are important for both!! Rear delts especially look really good from the side and rear and for that 3D round shoulders look. Rear delt exercises also hit the rear rotator cuff muscles which is very good for shoulder health.preach!, should always train ur rear delts especially, i skipped that and i regret it
@LANCEPRETTYBOY I am prettyboy maxxer too and robust prettyboy, lower body training helps a lot even with the prettyboy look lol, especially glutes I'd say. Big glutes and muscular thighs + tight pants impresses and teases girls like crazy LMAO. Helps balance out the prettyboy look and give you bit more dimorphism as well. Makes you look like a total stud.Don't skip lower body if you want to max out SMV imo, those do matter too. Abs are very important to make sure to do isolation for also. idk bro i dont really train them, i do cardio for legs@LANCEPRETTYBOY I am prettyboy maxxer too and robust prettyboy, lower body training helps a lot even with the prettyboy look lol, especially glutes I'd say. what i do for shoulders is shoulder press, cable lateral raises. for lats, lat pulldown and cable rows + wide pull ups, for chest inclince db press and bench press@LANCEPRETTYBOY I am prettyboy maxxer too and robust prettyboy, lower body training helps a lot even with the prettyboy look lol, especially glutes I'd say. Cardio sucks ass for legs growth lol, gives you slightly bigger legs but they mostly stay skinny, especially glutes. Leg training is simple and painless as fuck though if you just focus on higher reps instead of low and heavy and maximum quality form. I do squats in 16-24 rep range and leg extensions/leg curls/hip adduction/hip abduction in 20-30+ rep range and to failure lol. My legs and glutes are pretty damn huge. Big glutes and legs also make your waist look slim and thin AS FUCK from the side.idk bro i dont really train them, i do cardio for legs
Add a cable or machine pullover movement in the end to maximize lats growth and at least one set of rear delts to failure at the end though. Chest flyes or pec deck to failure to pecs too at the end.what i do for shoulders is shoulder press, cable lateral raises. for lats, lat pulldown and cable rows + wide pull ups, for chest inclince db press and bench press

One set of each to failure is really low effort and high ROI really in maximizing growth. Definitely do a bit or rear delt isolation especially great for shoulder health too. 45 degree hyperextensions for a thick back too.all exercises for 1 set of each to failure? + can i do 2 sets for the lateral raises?Add a cable or machine pullover movement in the end to maximize lats growth and at least one set of rear delts to failure at the end though. Yeah sure. Make sure to do perfect form on lateral raises especially.all exercises for 1 set of each to failure? + can i do 2 sets for the lateral raises?
