Overwhelming sense of emptiness

I’ve done everything or have everything I’ve ever wanted to do or wanted to have. I’m on all As in my subjects, I’m like m-h mtn, 6’1, good at all the sports I play, and there’s nothing that I want, but I feel completely and utterly void of anything, as if I had achieved nothing at all, i can’t do anything without thinking how overwhelmingly pointless my actions are, and why i take them
