Im looking at caravans/mobile homes. and you can get decent sized ones, with 3-4 beds , the sofas look beautiful, clean kitchen, toilet, everything. All for like $8000
While the average house price is $300,000.
Do you realize how fucked that is?
$8k Mobile homes have beds, living room, toilet, kitchen, everything you need.
$300k Houses have beds, living room, toilet, kitchen, everything you need.
Only difference is a house just has more space. space that is literally wasted.
are you willing to pay $292,000 extra for a bit of extra space? so ur home feels more spacious?
