The claims that people put out that oxalates, oxalic acid, antinutrients can cause inflammation in the gut and kidneys or they can cause kidney stones is so inaccurate for the average healthy and pre middle aged person as long as you eat these higher oxalate foods in moderation and eat a normal amount of calcium, oxalates are not a problem foods like sweet potatoes, beans, dark green veggies in moderation and cooked have many beneficial compounds and nutrients and fiber is vital for gut microbiome and gut mucus lining.
