Oxymetazoline isn't going to fix loose skin, it helps to make damaged blood vessels e.g., PIE, less apparent.

ik it wont fix but itll temporary help ptosis. my eye area looked a lot better when i was 16 when my eyelids were tighter so naturally the shape is good

Assuming the nasal spray has the exact same active ingredient, i.e., Oxymetazoline hydrochloride, then you could give it a go.

Nah but better sleep and potentially collagenmaxxing through RLT and other methods seemed to improve things
