oxymetazoline Rebound true or not?

Using for acne scars (PIE). AI advices against and says rebound is real. Any user experiences?

PIE isn't a form of acne scarring

It also doesn't work so forget it just use azaleic acid. I've noticed that excess androgens cause my pie to flare up like crazy so azaleic acid should help two fold as it is also a weak topical AA

yes but its not scarring scarring refers to texture irregularities not uneven skin tone
