Would eating massive amounts of White sugar, dextrose or beet be good for bone mass + general looks at 14 (1-2 kg) also know as androgenic or Pablo diet or is this just cope

nah, sugar stuff is the biggest bullshit, but if youre gonna take steroids growth hormone (when ur still not fully grown man) you will get taller fs

no one "created" this "sugar diet." Ray Peat has already recommended it. Ideally, u should consume 3-5g carbs per kg. U would only eat 1kg of sugar if u were 6'8 and weighed 100kg (just look at the diets of professional athletes). Stop being dumb and do some research, and be careful not to get bloated from eating simple carbohydrates. (In theory, insulin spikes release IGF1, but it's not what they say.) :kys:

Im aware i researched myself it is ideal to spike with pure glucose 2-3 times a day not White sugar as its just a low appetite carb
