ok

today im going to talk about how to remove bruises and why an area gets redder when we hit it a lot this is my second guide outside of the Spanish subforum so I hope you like it:Claps:

How can I get rid of the marks from bonesmashing?
WHAT CAUSES THEM?

In this guide I’m going to talk about how we can make the marks that bonesmashing leaves less noticeable, or so they don’t show at all.
Let’s first understand what causes us to get marks on our skin.

da answer is as simple as telling you that when the skin receives repeated hits with a certain intensity, it turns red due to the dilation of the blood vessels. It also happens a little bit because of small blood clots that accumulate from the damage.

Why does this happen?
Because your body detects that that area is being attacked and sends a little more blood to that zone to repair it.
There are also other reasons, like over time the area where you hit has “stuck” blood, and as the days pass it can turn purple (this would be a hematoma/bruise).

WARNING: DO NOT CONFUSE DILATING THE BLOOD VESSELS WITH BREAKING THE BLOOD VESSELS
This is a mistake a lot of people make when trying to understand why bonesmashing leaves them bruises, and not just red marks.
I’ll explain the difference between breaking and dilating in a simple way, so even the mentally retarded guy like @.Orbital can understand it

the thing is,when the blood vessels dilate, the “little blood tubes” in that area stretch. The only

difference is that they get bigger and a lot more blood is pumped and passes through there, even though they remain intact.

When the blood vessels break, the “little blood tubes” in that area break directly, or they just get

cut, and the blood that passes through there makes a mess and spreads all over the area, forming a bruise.

Now that we have the cause of this, we can move on to the ways to make these marks, bruises, or whatever you get less noticeable.
There are tons of options: makeup, band-aids, patches, or coconut oil, among many others that I’m too lazy to look up for:BearLaugh:
Let’s explain the most effective ones:

Makeup (the most effective): This speaks for itself. Grab a foundation that is your same skin color or a similar one and put it on. This works because it’s like painting your face — it temporarily solves the problem.

Coconut oil (GOATED UNDERRATED SHIT I ONCE DID ): This is something NO ONE talks about. Coconut oil works so well for hiding those marks because it helps the skin recover better thanks to the properties it has. Basically because it has a lot of fatty acids and vitamins, which make the skin healthy and moisturized, helping its recovery.

(DON’T USE COCONUT OIL IF YOU HAVE OILY SKIN BECAUSE IT CLOGS THE PORES ):ALERTA:

Patches (shitty method): Basically they work to hide pimples, but if you buy ones that are big enough they can easily hide the wounds, although I don’t like this alternative.

Now that we’ve covered these 2 topics, let’s talk about what we can eat so our skin recovers fast and we don’t have marks.
Why do we have to eat this?
I’m not going to make a long story — you have to consume vitamin K, vitamin C, zinc, protein, and bromelain.
What things can I eat?

strawberrys: They have flavonoids that help the capillaries.
A kiwi: Provides vitamin C.
Spinach: Has vitamin K, which would be for dissolving the blood from a bruise.

Red bell pepper: Vitamin C to repair tissues, and curiously it has more than an orange.

Cabbage: As far as im concerned it helps with coagulation, but I’m not sure, and it tastes bad.

Pumpkin seeds: They have TOO MUCH zinc
.
And remember to drink water, about 2.5 liters a day bcz it helps with skin too

i hope u liked my 2nd guide
