Much more difficult to find a good source for each individual drug. Tbh I'd rather spend the extra couple dollars on a reputable source where I can buy everything all at once personally

Most Indiamart sellers don't know what they're doing and mess up with the declared item & value

where u live and why not indiamart
Canada, not a fan of taking risks on Indiamart since there's plenty of low-iq sellers who don't know how to get around customs properly

I'm not a fan of Indiamart simply because of the effort you need to put in to find a good seller for each individual drug. A lot of the sellers don't understand how to properly declare values and items at customs. Just not worth the hastle for me.

I don't have a prescription for anything I bought. And Furosemide is not sustainable long-term whatsoever, I'd rather take a much more mild alternative indefinitely.

Yeah same here, 200mg caffeine is the sweet spot for me where I feel more energized without the anxiety/jitteriness, anything over that and I'm practically an anxious retard. It also debloats me extremely effectively when taken alongside hctz which is nice. So far though modafinil's great, I think you should get some more :Comfy:

one question ru not scared u will damage ur organs without proper supervision while on accutane
Not at all. I'm running 10mg 4 days a week; that'll have a negligible effect on lipids & alt.

Not sure, I've not tried it yet. From the anecdotes I've read 10mg should be plenty for pumps

Which ones are for which
Not trying to be rude brother but just do your own research at this point. Taking drug advice from a stranger on here might not be the most beneficial thing for you.

When are you planning on starting
Today. I've ran 12.5mg hctz daily in the past and it's worked well but the aldosterone rebound would failo me beyond belief on missed days.

Today I took 50mg eplerenone solo and honestly feel more debloated than I do on 12.5mg hctz without having to piss every half hour.

why such a low dose lol?
why not just run a high-moderate dose for 6-8 months and permanently shrink your sebaceous glands

Even then if you’re taking loads of prescription meds you should still take basic support sups.

I'd personally opt for indefinite usage with little to no affect on my liver health with the 100% guarantee of never having to worry about oily skin ever again, compared to a shorter blast with a significantly harsher side effect profile and there still being a possibility of needing to cycle again. Both options are fine & effective, I just prefer taking it indefinitely.

And yes, some ancillaries will be essential if I stick with this stack indefinitely. That being said, from a longevity standpoint I'll be completely fine going on for a couple months without any. I'm currently out of work rn and extremely tight on money, once I can afford proper supports I'll implement them as needed.

It’s still isotretinoin at the end of day. It will still mildly impact your liver in the long run. If you’re so worried about liver health, you can literally have liver tests done pre- mid- post isotretinoin. Run Glutathione/NAC and high dose of Omega 3’s or if necessary a statin to manage lipids.

Or just get it over with in a couple of months lol. If your finished cumulative dose is high enough it will significantly permanently shrink your sebaceous glands by a lot reducing the amount of oil permanently. Having to recycle isotretinoin is rare and often mostly happens in low dose patients (like you). There are many things you can take post isotretinoin to get rid of your oily skin. It’s mainly caused by androgens. Dutasteride will get your straight or if you want there’s topical anti androgens like Winlevi and Topical spironolactone.

No taking a high-moderate dose for some months is by far better than a low dose indefinitely. That would only really be useful for anti aging purposes due to its cell turnover properties but even then most would rather use topical retinoids for anti aging as it’s much more maintainable.

Brutal hctz on it self was enough why order epelerone
Eplerenone is much more sustainable longterm and overall easier to run so I ordered some to experiment with. If I'm not a fan of it, I can just switch over to hctz.

I'd rather run a low dose indefinitely rather than have to get all the things you've mentioned done lol.

This is exactly why I'm taking a low-dose. I don't struggle with acne, that's an inference you made (which I can't blame you for tbh). I'm additionally already taking 0.1% tazarotene, I'm just adding accutane into the cocktail for a little extra kick since I'm quite sure I can handle a low dosage as I tolerate tazarotene extremely well with no purging whatsoever.

So yes, the protocol you suggested would definitively be better for those struggling with acne (y)

Does it cost 1-2 kg water loss?

Subjective, and if anything incorrect takes in my opinion. I let the ancedotes & studies do the talking as for my reasonings.

That's what's next on my list, 3 vials of 250mg.
