PAGNONI had some negative reviews in this forum recently

I think even though he’s the goat for implants he did have some bad reviews and botched patients recently in this forum, some people saying he’s bored and not motivated anymore?

So can someone elaborate? Is he still worth it or shall I give up this saddle infras with him ?

Just for implants tho hes still one of the big 3, I wouldnt be as scared as if you were getting an osteotomy from him

I dont think ramiri is offering saddle infras and I believe pagnoni had better results when it comes to the eye area
