Honestly, idk why people even go to him for a bimax. The main thing that is hard to find is someone who knows how to do implants properly. Not some conservative BS which looks disconnected from the rest of the face but instead something that blends in nicely. There are better bimax surgeons out there for sure

I dont look only at this forum and there are not many options with a skilled surgeon and lot of results, at least in europe.

I might get a consultation from Dr Jacobsen, she is close to me and she trained under Sailer. Could get operated like 20min from my home. Price is not cheap but ok for switzerland.

He does do custom plates, just a little more expensive. Also spoke with some dutch guy who also needed revision that he's more aggressive now if you ask for it. Anyway I have a consult with him in 2 weeks, I'll see if he's an option.

Idk why he said that. Ramieri is well known for doing custom plates, implants and other complex procedures, he just might not advance as much as someone like Pagnoni.
