GIANT IMPLANTS x Pagnoni RESULTS

Not sure if this has been posted before, apologies if it has. He got Trimax with supraorbital rim implants and infra orbital rim implants. His movements: -3mm Lefort 1 with 2mm anterior impaction -4mm BSSO -Not sure genio movement Results look decent, he needs to hop on reta tho.

Would have gone to him if I could afford, I wouldn't care if he's rude or weird, he has the most amount of ''ascensions'' of any surgeon I have seen in these places

Obviously he's goated but don't feel too bad. He has a few cons:

- Doesn't do implants. Not an issue for many but worth mentioning

- Rejects a lot of patients even at pre-consultation stage (he's said this himself more than once) and in general from his results it's obvious has a very strong preference for operating on women over men. Probably a decent chance he wouldn't even have operated on you

- He's almost 70 years old. I know older is normally better with surgeons but personally I'd start to worry about shaky hands and other things

- Unclear how many of his amazing results are cherry picked from a very long career. Several of his posts on instagram in the last year are actually old cases not recent ones. That said a lot of surgeons do this so I don't care.

- It's a fact he makes generous use of fat grafting and does tissue re-draping. Not all the result you're seeing is from bone movement. I think this is why he prefers operating on women, they benefit more from his extra techniques. I've also seen at least one post on Reddit saying the fat didn't stay.

That all said, it speaks volumes that other top surgeons speak so highly of him. To be clear: he's unquestionably one of the very best we know of.

Btw don't bother thinking of going to him for a consultation and to ask another surgeon to execute his plan to save money. Too many incels trying to save money have done that and he now doesn't even given a plan from the consultation :lul:

do you have results of "good designers and surgeons" i have been hard to find them but they look uncanny or get infection

there arent any , raffaini is good but he dont do implants and I cant take the ramieri PR seriously and pagnoni just isnt as blackpilled .

maybe if you`re high IQ enough to convince pagnoni to get u certain shit that you want and need then I guess it would work.

infection rates are extremely low even in turkey and most of the posts online are paid bots to ruin or improve some surgeons reputation .
