It’s like the picture below. Not the crow’s feet but the big lines right under her eyes. Is that from infraorbital recession?

If I have the opposite problem (fat bulging out) from a lack of bone structure and a surplus of under-eye fat due to genetics, would you do lower blepharoplasty with the under-eye implants? Or just put in the implant and see how it looks after?
