Pagnoni vs Eppley: who is better?

I wish to do zygo implants, infraorbital rim implants as well as chin ones. I want to do them so that they look as natural as possible, while also creating a change. That being said, which one of them is better? There are decent chances that Eppley won't even be alive by the time I earn enough money to surgerymaxx, but just in case he is, whos better?
