Pain in hand due to Hgh

So I have an inflamed tendon sheath and I’ve done some research and it seems to be that it’s due to Hgh, what can I do about if I don’t want to suspend use? I’ve already gone to the physiotherapist and she told that the pain would be gone in 2-6 weeks but it’s already been a month and shit is still unbearable. Helllllp
