I got a cut in a dream, right about here. It was a stinging pain, I couldnt separate my thumb & index finger
I woke up and experienced the pain, but my brain registered that I didnt have the cut in like 5s

Yeah i had a dream that a cat scratched me on the back and scruslly felt the pain

Had the same happen, but was from a nightmare I had where I got stabbed in the abdomen. It felt extremely warm for a split second after waking up. Did you wake up right after the cut too? Basically ended up waking up immediately after I got stabbed.
