Just a term for degenerate activities that don't simulate your brain and as a result you end up becoming dumber. I think a lot of old people become senile after retirement, because they have nothing to do anymore to simulate their brains, so they just watch TV or listen to music. Whereas some people stay sharp until they're 100, because they're always doing something intellectually stimulating.
And it is by no means limited to old people, you see these gen alpha kids nowadays? It's all a result of too much tiktok and shit.
