Yeah I don't know exactly what solution would or wouldn't work.

But if I had it my way, I would start by reviewing the immigration lists.

The only people who would be allowed in will fall into 2 categories:

1. Highly skilled experts / gigarich investors. Every country needs these guys, provided they do not buy political influence. They should be kept under lock & key.

2. Physically fit labourers that wageslave for pittance to send home to their families.

Everyone in between stays the fuck out.
