racism is inate in everyone as people see racism as the simple act of understanding it nowadays, its just hidden for the most part due to laws but if you were to remove such laws, whole laws will change and segregation by law will start to reappear.

Actually your point reminds of me a very good theory by Ibn Khaldun and Amartya Sen that talked about in detail. Maybe I should make a thread about this some time. It's a lot more nuanced and complex than a grey and white racism inate or not debate.

There's a difference between a biological instinct to prefer 'familiar' faces. Called tribalism and the complex system of racism which are political tools that people expand or shrink depending on who they need as an ally or an enemy at the time.

There's tribalism which is low IQ racism, and there's pattern recognition/statistically based racism which is avg-high IQ
