The main groups in pakistan are punjabis, sindhis, muhajirs and pashtuns. Of these groups, punjabis, sindhis and pashtuns are natives to the soil/have lived in the geography of pakistan since time immemorial. Muhajirs are the group you're referring to, they were muslims who lived in the geography of india and moved to the geography of pakistan when the partition happened for reasons.

With that said, there's not much difference in culture, sentiments, genetics and appearances between the indic groups of pakistan (punjabis, sindhis, muhajirs etc.) and most of the ethnicities found in north india/central india.

colored eye genes in pashtun and kalash come from greek invasions so its an inherited trait. the kalash are directly descended from alexander. however there are punjabis with colored eyes and in our case its indeed a mutation. colored hair is a gene mutation as well and i have it as a recessive gene because one of my parents had brown hair when they were younger. its less common than eye color mutations. the rarest combination are both eye color and hair color mutations and i have seen a couple of punjabis with this phenotype. some haplogroups may be overlapping with indians but pajeets are coping hard if they think that we are the same as them and the cumskins that fell for that are similarly coping hard.
