Palatal expansion without a device

Whe I say palatal expansion I mean widening the two dental archs ( or the distance from left teeth to to right teeth)
My teory since I'm poor and I am not sure I ll get an orthodontist who performs a proper palatal expansion in my country, is that it could be possible (just theorizing) to expand the palate without a device. How? I don't know, proper oral poature? neck? shoulders?
Maybe by proper posture the pulling will pull both sides of the face.
Of course there's the theory that the tongue in the palate could expand it. But my theory doesn't stop here

The tongue pushing on the palate may be enough, people with tingue ties can't do this though (not without getting tmj I think
