Do y’all see a bit of a result or its juste my imagination + my tongue used to touch my molars when i mew and now my tongue never touch any of my teeths

tru small changes are huge.
increasing airway by 4mm will increase laminar flow rate by a factor of:

(r + 4mm)⁴/r⁴ - Poiseulle's Law

4mm increase for 2mm radius airway would improve by 81 times.
