Palate expander is probably the best softmaxx anyone with a narrow palate could do

You rprobably like “yeah no shit” but like it strectches hyoid muscles, giving a better jawline, more projected zygos, better face iverall and obviously stops mouth breathing and/or snoring at night because thats one of the main causes for it.


Overall the palate expander has no downsides other it hurting (you can get over it) and a teeth gap (which be adressed after palate expander gets taken off and they put on braces)
