Does a palate expander make zygos more prominent and sharp?

it makes it wider in the lateral direction
for some, this may result in increased prominence

but implants are the best bet at "prominence and sharpness"

It wont really make a huge difference if your maxilla is developed, but if your maxilla is recessed then dont do palate expanderes because your are just widing a already recessed bone which will make your deformed
