Im 17 and had 4 teeth removed when I was 13, I have had and still have braces. Is there anyway of me getting a palate expander if I’m in the Uk without paying and would it be a good idea to do so. I have nasolabial folds and somewhat hollow under eyes

The best option is probably bimax im sorry but a pallate expander will do nothing but nerf you for 6 months.
Infra orbital implants for your under eye would help with the hollowness

But I’m thinking because it opens the sutures so if I practice proper tongue posture it can create effective growth to some degree
