I have a crossbow (narrow palate) and the left side of my palate is slightly narrower than my right side so it's assymetric.
What should I beg my dentist to refer me for?

MSE?
MARPE?
MASPE?
ALF?

I highly doubt the mandible/lower jaw is able to adapt especially at rapid expansion, possible slow expansion but the mandible is a single bone while the palate is split
So I don't see how that's possible

your jaw width won't be doubled
its like progressive overload in gym, you increase reps/weight with the time
