palate expanders?

Thinking about this one recently, my eyes are high pfl, low pfh, my nose is wide, my hairline is wide and square, and i think more width to my palate would boost my overall look. my palate is average i would say.

How expensive is it? How long do I have to wear it for?

Anyone made good results from palate expanders? Is it even worth it if ur palate is not narrow?

Any before and afters of users? would cool if u would dm me the results, im trusted

You have no crowding and all 32 teeth? Not sure how you could benefit from it.
