Palate suture didn't split until 30 turns. Do I have good bone density?

I got MARPE, and was mainly doing 2 turns a day (0.2 mm per turn) . The MARPE device expended up to 7mm. But I could not get my suture to split until almost the max extent of the device. Does this mean I have good bone density

I am getting my new MARPE installed on May 15th
