While his lips are indeed thin, his tooth color is natural and healthy. He jsut has no veneers and does not do whitening.
The ugliest part of this smile is his narrow palate.

But really hollow cheeks is mostly your bizygo to bigonial width + fat storage. Wider jaw = insane zygo mass requirement + low fat

if you keep your plate narrow you will use the buccinator muscle more making your cheeks less hollow
