Hi, I am new here. For context I’m 14 almost 15. I am 56 kg, 177cm, 11.7% bodyfat, 64.5% water, 52.1% skeletal muscles, and my bones weigh 7.5kg and my teeth are crooked and I have an overbite, and it’s probably genetic from my mom.
Firstly, my tounge can’t fit on my palate so it’s hard to have a good posture, and I was wondering if it will fix itself after puberty.
Secondly, I weighed more and had more bodyfat while practicing kickboxing but since I quit sports altogether maybe half a year ago or something I grew taller and lost bodyfat. From may to July, I grew 1cm.
My face is still pretty fat, and I don’t particularly eat healthy. I don’t know if it’s bullshit about weighlifting stunts growth but I’m considering it. I feel like my face could look a lot better but it’s just fat and I gotta admit I stopped eating 3 meals for a time, just eating dinner. Any tips? Sorry for the long message.

Yeah second question was kinda unclear but in conclusion how do I get rid of face fat even after getting rid of fat everywhere else
ok thanks for clarifying. your palate can get wider as your maxilla is still growing in puberty, however if you already have problems it’s unlikely it will fix itself especially at 15. for losing face fat there’s no way to target fat loss in one area with diet, you’d have to use a fat dissolver like aqaulyx. it depends on how low your bf% is but im sure you still have a lot of weight you can lose.

hope this helps if these answered your questions please mark as...

Get a palate expander with braces to fix crowding and fill in the gaps that your expander left, for your face fat its most likely baby fat. Diuretics will help if it's not baby fat.
