Depends on your pheno, your targets, you other features coloring (as you said eyes, hair). But also you overall style & aesthetics, your social status and hobbies.
I think pale is more niche tho. send pics and i'll tell you what's best for you

Well I had to lock in at gym man and buzzing my hair helped me have less distractions from women. Yeah my mid face is cooked, need to look into it more on how to fix that shit

If you want to go for KShami hairstyle or curtains, or middle part or idk paler is better but dont' go too pale since you hair already is blonde, Ideal for you is probably in the middle, so from how you look rn, a bit more tanned, and much less red, try to get an orange coloring instead

I had a buzz cut before and it grew fully out by 3-4 months with 2 haircuts so I’ll be alright. And here’s a clip of a video of me being more tanned with my hair grown out. Don’t mind the “watch end” caption js part of the video
