No, the Palestinians are descendants of the Philistines whereas the Jews/Israelis of today are descendants of the ancient hebrews/Israelites. They’re distinct ethnic groups, but they did live alongside each other before the Jews were expelled and sent into diaspora following the Judeo-roman wars.
