pallet expansion via thumb pulling

i want to get a wider pallet. when i smile i currently have 8-9 teeth showing. how would i do thumbpulling, i don’t want to create a gap in the middle of teeth.

does it not looksmin you overall? iirc mse generally makes you look worse and this probably isn't that different, something to do with your alar base i think

according to chatgpt, the slower your palate expansion is, the more likely it is to let mandible growth keep up with maxilla growth, and the less likely it is to make the nose wider
