ur ipd is pretty bad so technically if u expand hella it would space out ur eyes and probably be good in that regards

but ur lower third is already way too narrow compared to the upper third, if u were to widen ur upper third even more it would be fucked ngl. gotta get more bigonial width before u even consider expanding the maxilla

You probably wouldn't get too much from an expander tbf, maybe slightly improved breathing but nothing substantial facially
