I really want one but my fwhr is on the highier end of ideal but i have a 6 teeth smile and like a 1:1.2 mouth to nose ratio and a already wide maxilla so like idk only like my mouth area would benefit from it while my midface will get even more compact so idk

i got a palatal expander and expanded for like 30 days in total and i'm satisfied with it ive seen it be praised a lot, i think its often benefitial for maxillary growth.
