gentrification
Nah, maybe in other locations it may be false, but i know Atlanta definitely went through gentrification.. (I know people who have been etc.). Not saying it was racially motivated though.
sounds like you've been brainwashed
also fyi, the cop is black too
This. If he really spent 14mils in 4 years on medic fees its like telling him he has less than 10-20 years to live basically. Its not really that much of a absurd deal once u think about those other variables that can suck his money dry. Inflation can literally cut his time short tbh. At least hes off the streets at old age though so its a decent win back to regular life. But if his money runs dry hes damn near instakilled. But he's paralyzed. What the fuck is he gonna do with all that money? Nothing. The nursing/group home that cares for him gets all that money. Or whatever is leftover after medical bills. The caregiver, the crooked nursing home, becomes his representative payee. They take that money and eat lobsters and steak, go on vacations, and toss peanut butter and jelly sandwiches at him.
And if he has relatives, you know they're crackheads and junkies. Brutal.
These scums of society need to be gassed in campsSounds justified. Its not good to fuck with needy people especially if your in a higher position of authority and $. Esp in a area known for recent gentrification..
Plus hes perm disabled getting his necked cracked which is a priceless loss, even if hes old and was primed to die anyways.
what meant was, lol @ treating gentrification like it's a bad thingNah, maybe in other locations it may be false, but i know Atlanta definitely went through gentrification.. (I know people who have been etc.). Not saying it was racially motivated though.
I was not meaning to sound racist either, i did not type that assuming anything racist was going on ( i assumed the cop was black, so more so of a class thing.) Plus even if it was racially motivated, in all southern USA hotspots like ATL, the black gatekeepers are usually more "racist" than the KKK itself. There's 1 shared factor and that is unrighteousness and corruption not racism.
The homeless there used to own their houses but gradually could not afford the land taxes due to the property value going up due to all the things being built and have been in those locations. They made Atlanta a sort of historical location which also massively boosted the surrounding property value. Even though those places look like small shithole houses, the prices of those small houses is no less than 600-1m$.
People come to Atlanta now due to their newly built accommodation and agendas (lgbqt hotspot, historical landmass etc.) and now u see a lot more luxury and expensive cost of living, at expense of the natives. Something similar to what HOA does (at the expense homeowners liberty, use their restrictions and "devices" to weed out the undesirables for a higher property $ etc.). Its a lot deeper than this, but in a nutshell a lot of natives turned to low income housing like apartments, hotels etc. Most of them are homeless living in tents. And which this sort of thing happens to all major cities, i think ATL is one city you can still see ongoing the change from lowclass to luxury. By reference, in atl you can go from four seasons to shithole back to 5 star accommodation within a 5 min drive
