it should work, but when it comes to kojic acid soap, a lot of fakes one are circulating around. As for hydroquinone, it'll be real as long as you got medical grade one, and it's probably the most effective product around (literal permenant bleach aside). But I doubt HQ will be of any use to you, as it can't be used permanently, and its effect will disappear quickly after you stop using it.
