Would GH convert into paracrine IGF1 (local conversion of GH -> IGF1 in growth plates -> main driver of bone growth btw see study in rat where they shut down JAK1 pathway blocking hepatic IGF1 conversion)

More in GH pulses (naturally or with GHRH/GHRP, ex : cjc w/ dac + ipa, higher doses of MK)

Or from rhGH therapy

Logic would be that the option where the GH gets turned into hepatic IGF1 (systemic, won’t cause bone growth) would be inferior to the option where it converts to paracrine

What do you guys think, haven’t found any studies on this yet.

they are very biosimilar, both will yeild results. there are far more factors than just this
