Paranasal filler, does it even exist?

I’m already using the face coping helmet for the next few months for a few MM; but I want to fraud an even better maxilla.

Has anyone tried paranasal filler? Could it semi replicate an implant Behind the nose? Is it even possible?

Any thoughts would appreciated thanks.
