Paranasal filler ROI??

You guys think paranasal filler is worth it or too risky in terms of migrating? In my rhino consult I brought up the hollowing behind my nostril on this side and he basically said I’m nuts and that nobody can see that, but I think it’s just because the room had good lighting so it wasn’t noticeable. Im getting infra malar implants next year hopefully they can extend it to the paranasal area but until then should I try filler, or is there any chance that the septorhino will make this area look any better since it’s deviated towards this side? When I’m outside it’s not noticeable it’s really just when I’m in rooms the lighting determines if I come off as recessed or not.

mb, i didnt realise it was a vid.
but i agree with @koops, i can see it in the vid only because you've mentioned it, but besides that no one will realise if you dont point it out
you're already pretty good looking, no point trying to perfect such minute details
