Paranasal implants + lip lift

Alright so I came up with an idea but no clue if that makes sense

I ended up with upper chimp lip after my lefort 1 impaction (protruding, "outwardly rotated")

And one way to fix that shit is paranasal implants so I'll get that

Since my philtrum is a bit too long, I wanted to shorten it with lip lift but chimp lip + lip lift is death tier sentence.

So, do you think I could get lip lift to shorten philtrum after paranasal implants or is it over for my midface length

No my philtrum was already long pre op, it didnt change basically, only the upper lip
