Would a high cut lefort 1 with braces be better then
a paranasal implant that is made from a bone graft?

I need an effect like this. Nose base has to be moved forward and nose has to be augmented to.
However most important for me is to reduce my philtrum angle ie the bimaxillary potrussion of the lipps.
Could that fix it or no. What would be better?

I’ve been considering the implants. Just worried it would look weird with the upper midface still being flat. I’d get highcut lefort if it’s available

Have the same thing with protruding lips but its because of mild overjet, you might have one too, im thinking to get braces for the overjet so lips come backward and if that isn't enough start considering a paranasal / premaxilla augmentation
