bro im telling you I had the same fucking "fears". cz why? I "hoped" that things would get "better". thought that I would be more "happier" if things turned out better and less "happier" if things went south, aka dystopia. Truth is realizing that you will never be happier or sadder regardless of anything ha heppn. Extreme example - You lose your arm. Right now youll think you are doomed and youll rope, but its called the hedonic treadmill. Your happiness levels will literally calibriate and i will be your new norm. This fear and uncertainity cz we are so clinged to the state of not feeling sadness or despair s what destoys the present moment, at the same time give us "hope". Making you believe there's something you can do to change the future to make it more "favourablle". Long ass response, but this wouldnt make so much sense just reading this either, just look into philosophy, thats what helped me out of paranoia. - Nihilism, Bhuddism, Taoism, Absurdism. Stoicism is pure bullcrap @Fusionxz
