JFL at this thread . Diet is individual (depends on genetics) and needs to be balanced . Very ignorant thinking there's the diet that fits all .
main point is that no person can live healthily on a vegetarian diet but my mom thinks it's optimal

Obviously both extremes (those diet models) are both shit and suboptimal

There are enough humans living on a veg diet and it isn't optimal tho, this doesn't disprove anything

optimal = balanced, individual (for genetics and opted outcome), simple to implement,..

fully agree, thread was a little unclear but i just think keeping your child off organs/meat in general throughout puberty is simply not right.
