indian parents like mine feed us absolute slop for our entire lives then we look subhuman its just sad, or are so skeptical of western medicine and procedures that we genuinely cant get anything done, my mom literally told me at one point to stop doing skincare and just put coconut oil on my already greasy face and hair like holy shit do you want me to be a subhuman?

honestly thinking the exact same but im pretty sure the inflammation markers like TNF etc. and the environmental toxins just absolutely ruined their brain overtime similar to how u see ppl on tren acting normal despite it directly causing neuronal death.
